Designed for our All Access students and their siblings and friends, this ’soft style’ martial arts is a graceful form of exercise using flowing movements. Promoting serenity and clarity this program will help in bringing about a calmness of mind, which is known to reduce stress, anxiety and depression resulting in improved overall health and fitness.
Each class is conducted by a qualified Tai Chi Instructor welcomes students of all levels from beginners to the experienced. This is an opportunity to increase body awareness and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
