Children's Programming

Pre Gym

An introduction into the world of gymnastics, this movement based program encourages the exploration of a variety of surfaces and areas, assisting to promote physical, social and emotional skills.

Purposely designed for children from walking to 4 years of age and their parents or caregivers, classes are a great way for each child to build a strong foundation of confidence, body awareness, balance, coordination and develop motor skills all in a fun, safe and non-competitive environment.

All classes are conducted by qualified and experienced staff.

Tuesdays 10.00am – 10.45am, runs weekly in line with the school term, excludes public holidays.

ANZ Hot Shots Tennis

ANZ Hot Shots is a Tennis Australia program designed for kids and is the perfect program for children of all ages and abilities to start playing tennis.

Using modified racquets, lowered nets and low-compression balls ensures children experience a greater level of success and enjoyment from the very first time they step out onto the court. Encouraging an active lifestyle and improving individual skills of agility, flexibility and speed there is a program to suit everyone. 

Fridays, runs weekly in line with the school term, excludes public holidays.

Casey Sports Zone

Casey Sports Zone is a multi-sport program designed to introduce children to a range of sports and athletics. Each fortnight is spent learning foundation skills for the most popular team sports plus some of the new and emerging sporting trends.

This program is a great way to introduce children to a range of sports, helping to build their confidence in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment before moving into a specialised program of their chosen sport. Casey Stadium prides itself on encouraging an active lifestyle for all ages and abilities and will work with you to determine the best program for your child either through our comprehensive skills based programs or through other sporting associations in the City of Casey.

Thursdays, runs weekly in line with the school term, excludes public holidays.

Aldi Mini Roos

Aldi MiniRoos is an introductory soccer program designed for kids of all abilities aged, 5-12 years. The friendly, supportive and non-competitive environment is the perfect opportunity for newcomers to enter the world of soccer.

The 45 minute, short game based skills sessions, have modified rules to build the participants fundamental motor skills, agility and improve a child’s ability to make quick decisions and improve reaction time.

All Access Programming

All Access Karate

Tailored to each participant’s individual ability and special requirements, this slow movement, low impact All Access Karate class encourages each participant to learn self-defence techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

Each class is conducted by a qualified Sensei and provides the opportunity of building self-esteem, confidence as well as the added benefit of improving each participants overall health.

Bookings are available for individuals or groups/services providers.

An expressive and creative dance class blending movement, music and basic dance steps our All Access Dance program is designed to introduce the participants to the fundamentals of dancing and movement.

The program allows participants to improve their individual body awareness, strength and flexibility whilst also enjoying the benefits of an active lifestyle all in a safe, fun and social environment.

All Access Tai Chi

Designed for our All Access students and their siblings and friends, this ’soft style’ martial arts is a graceful form of exercise using flowing movements. Promoting serenity and clarity this program will help in bringing about a calmness of mind, which is known to reduce stress, anxiety and depression resulting in improved overall health and fitness.

Each class is conducted by a qualified Tai Chi Instructor welcomes students of all levels from beginners to the experienced. This is an opportunity to increase body awareness and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

This program is a great way to help build confidence, motor skills, social skills and overall health and fitness in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment.

Group Fitness

Mums 'n' Bubs

Specifically designed by our Group Fitness Instructor, this program encourages strength and fitness whilst also promoting a positive interaction between mother and baby in a safe, supportive and social environment.

Our 60 minute class caters to women wanting to regain their strength and fitness after having a baby. Each class is designed to include a mix of strengthening, core and flexibility exercises along with low impact cardio.

We understand getting back into health and fitness can be a daunting experience, however each exercise and activity can be modified to accommodate your requirements; please see the instructor at the beginning of the session.
