Children's Programming

ANZ Hot Shots Tennis

ANZ Hot Shots is a Tennis Australia program designed for kids and is the perfect program for children of all ages and abilities to start playing tennis.

Using modified racquets, lowered nets and low-compression balls ensures children experience a greater level of success and enjoyment from the very first time they step out onto the court. Encouraging an active lifestyle and improving individual skills of agility, flexibility and speed there is a program to suit everyone. 

Fridays, runs weekly in line with the school term, excludes public holidays.

Casey Sports Zone

Casey Sports Zone is a multi-sport program designed to introduce children to a range of sports and athletics. Each fortnight is spent learning foundation skills for the most popular team sports plus some of the new and emerging sporting trends.

This program is a great way to introduce children to a range of sports, helping to build their confidence in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment before moving into a specialised program of their chosen sport. Casey Stadium prides itself on encouraging an active lifestyle for all ages and abilities and will work with you to determine the best program for your child either through our comprehensive skills based programs or through other sporting associations in the City of Casey.

Aldi Mini Roos

Aldi MiniRoos is an introductory soccer program designed for kids of all abilities aged, 5-12 years. The friendly, supportive and non-competitive environment is the perfect opportunity for newcomers to enter the world of soccer.

The 45 minute, short game based skills sessions, have modified rules to build the participants fundamental motor skills, agility and improve a child’s ability to make quick decisions and improve reaction time.

Woolworths Cricket Blast

Woolworths Cricket Blast captures the colour and excitement of the Men's and Women's Big Bash League in a fun and fast format.

Junior Blasters is for kids (5-7 years old) learning the basic skills of cricket with participants building their skills through fun, game based activities. The activities are designed for small groups to ensure every child gets a go, allowing them to test and learn new skills. After they have mastered the basics, they will be ready for modified games of cricket.

After learning all the basic skills in Junior Blasters, Master Blasters allows kids (7-10 years old) to experience modified games of cricket using lighter equipment in a format that is fast paced with equal participation. The program was developed to ensure junior cricketers can progress with confidence to Stage 1 of Junior Formats.

All Access Programming

Soccer Mums

Soccer Mums, an initiative of VicHealth is proudly presented by Football Victoria.

It is an introductory soccer program designed specifically for women, where you have fun, meet new people and learn basic football skills without knowing it.

No Experience Required is a key aspect to this program as every practice can be adapted by the Deliverer to suit the participants on the day.

The program is run Wednesday’s 9:15am-10:15am. Bookings essential.

All Access Health, Fitness & Martial Arts

Tailored to each participant’s individual ability and special requirements, this slow movement, health and fitness class encourages each participant to improve self-confidence, health, happiness and mobility in a safe and supportive environment.

Classes are conducted by world famous instructors Sifu Damien Chaurémootoo and Emma Carr from EmmaKHealth and provides the opportunity of building self-esteem, confidence as well as the added benefit of improving each participants overall health.

Bookings are available for individuals or groups/services providers. Class is FREE!

Wednesday 10:00am – 11:00am, runs weekly, excludes public holidays.

As of late 2018 the YMCA will be a registered NDIS provider so there are even more ways we can help you get active and involved in your community.

This program is a great way to help build confidence, motor skills, social skills and overall health and fitness in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment.

Bookings are available for individuals or groups/services providers.

Self Defence

All Access ALDI MiniRoos

ALDI MiniRoos is now running an introductory soccer program for children with a disability. This program is suited to children aged 4-12 years old who have an intellectual or physical disability.

All Access MiniRoos introduces children to the sport in an inclusive way. It focuses on learning new skills, being active, making life-long friends and, potentially, unearthing the next generation of Socceroos or Matildas.
