YMCA health, wellness and sporting programs offered at Casey Stadium focus on the fitness needs of people of all ages and abilities.

Participants are expected to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Please allow time to have temperature checked and to sign-in upon entrance.

Please note due to COVID-19, a number or procedures and policies have been put in place to ensure the health & safety of all patrons and staff.

Soccer Mums

Soccer Mums, an initiative of VicHealth is proudly presented by Football Victoria.

It is an introductory soccer program designed specifically for women, where you have fun, meet new people and learn basic football skills without knowing it.

No Experience Required is a key aspect to this program as every practice can be adapted by the Deliverer to suit the participants on the day.

The program is run Wednesday’s 9:15am-10:15am. Bookings essential.

All Access Health, Fitness & Martial Arts

Tailored to each participant’s individual ability and special requirements, this slow movement, health and fitness class encourages each participant to improve self-confidence, health, happiness and mobility in a safe and supportive environment.

Classes are conducted by world famous instructors Sifu Damien Chaurémootoo and Emma Carr from EmmaKHealth and provides the opportunity of building self-esteem, confidence as well as the added benefit of improving each participants overall health.

Bookings are available for individuals or groups/services providers. Class is FREE!

Self Defence

All Access ALDI MiniRoos

ALDI MiniRoos is now running an introductory soccer program for children with a disability. This program is suited to children aged 4-12 years old who have an intellectual or physical disability.

All Access MiniRoos introduces children to the sport in an inclusive way. It focuses on learning new skills, being active, making life-long friends and, potentially, unearthing the next generation of Socceroos or Matildas.

The 45 minute, short game based skills sessions, have modified activities to get participants more active!

Social Wheelchair Softball

Join us for our 7-a-side mixed competition.

Set in a fun, social and welcoming environment, Casey Stadium and Softball Australia's new Social Softball Competition is a great opportunity to get involved in a
new and exciting sport!

  • Up to 10 weeks of competition including finals
  • Easy to learn rules, all equipment provided
  • Accessible to people of all ages and abilities
  • $10 per person per week or $70 per team per week
